Why Smooth exists

Most ice cream is built to be easy to sell — not to actually taste good. It’s overly sweet, flat, and forgettable. Smooth was built to do the opposite.

Made properly

It started with one goal — make ice cream that actually feels good to eat. Not just sweet on the first bite, but balanced, smooth, and satisfying all the way through.

That meant starting with a proper custard base — milk, cream, egg yolks — and building everything from there.

I started Smooth because most ice cream didn’t feel right. It was either too sweet, too flat, or just forgettable.

This is just me focusing on getting it right — one product, done properly. Nothing more than that.
