Bordier Browned Butter + Sea Salt (473ml)


Bordier butter is one of the best butters in the world. Freshly churned from free range milk in Brittany, it is made the traditional way and takes 12 times longer to make compared to commercialised butter. The taste, smell and feel is just different.

Beurre Noisette is French for burnt butter. If you haven’t tasted burnt butter before, you’re definitely missing out! Made by cooking butter until the milk solids caramelise and turn brown, creating a hazelnut like aroma from the butter. We’ve added even more milk solids to give an extra crunch and more beurre noisette flavour. Top it off with Maldon sea salt for a salty caramelised flavour that is hard to resist!
