Mint chocolate chip is a classic ice cream flavour. Our version uses fresh mint and Valrhona Guanaja 70% dark chocolate. The fresh mint, although not as strong of a menthol feel, tastes so much better than mint flavouring or extract. You can really taste the freshness of the mint.
