Ricotta + Chopped Pistachios (473ml)

This flavour was inspired by cannoli’s from Italy. Fried dough stuffed with Ricotta cheese and topped with chopped pistachios, the flavour combination is heavenly! Our homemade ricotta cheese works perfectly for this recipe. Churned and frozen, it makes an extra creamy ice cream with a good ricotta taste. Roasted chopped pistachios complete the feel. The combination gives an incredible mouth feel and texture to anyone who loves the flavour.
