Made for chocolate lovers, if you don’t like it rich, this is not for you. Our dark chocolate ice cream uses only the best Valrhona chocolate. We use Guanaja, a 70% dark chocolate couverture, also known as the benchmark for chocolate because of it’s exceptional quality along with it’s unique and consistent, bittersweet elegant flavour. Along with Valrhona cocoa powder and finished with Guanaja chocolate chips , this makes a very intense, rich texture and flavour that is incomparable!
