Vanilla is the most popular and common flavour of ice cream around. Vanilla pods are one of the most beautiful spices. High-quality vanilla beans will have a rich, sweet, and complex flavour with notes of caramel, fruit, and spices. We use the highest grade bourbon (not to be confused with alcohol) vanilla beans from Madagascar. Bourbon vanilla has the best flavour profile of all the vanilla varieties when it comes to flavouring ice cream and desserts.

Using very moist, plump beans gives our ice cream a more intense vanilla flavour when compared to other vanilla ice cream. Loads of tiny black specks of vanilla beans in our ice cream shows how much high quality vanilla beans we use and this may just be the best vanilla ice cream you’ll ever taste!
