Mint chocolate chip is a classic ice cream flavour. Our version uses fresh mint and Valrhona Guanaja 70% dark chocolate. The fresh mint, although not as strong of a menthol feel, tastes so much better than mint flavouring or extract. You can really taste the freshness of the mint. Paired with high quality dark chocolate, you’ll never go back to regular mint chocolate chip ice cream again!
